This website
rpascale.org is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The demos and the “Ask us” panel run entirely in your browser on invented data; nothing you type into them is sent to us.
The CRM
Customers use our CRM at crm.rpascale.org to read enquiries, draft replies and build quotations. Signing in sets one session cookie. Each customer’s data lives in that customer’s own workspace, on a server we rent in Singapore, and is never shared between customers.
If you connect a Google mailbox
A workspace can connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox through Google sign-in. You see the exact permissions on Google’s consent screen before you agree. We ask for them to do these things, and nothing else:
- Read mail so enquiries appear in the CRM inbox, with their attachments.
- Mark as read and apply labels so what you open in the CRM is also opened in Gmail.
- Create drafts and send so a reply written in the CRM appears as a normal Gmail draft and goes out from your own address when a person clicks send. The software never sends on its own.
- Read basic mailbox settings such as your address, sending name and filters, so the inbox is set up the way you have it.
Copies of your messages are kept in your workspace so the CRM can show them, search them and learn from your past quotations. The text of an enquiry is sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter) to rank catalogue lines and draft a reply. We do not use your mail to train any model of our own, and we do not sell it, show it to advertisers, or give it to anyone else.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Taking it back
- Disconnect a mailbox in the CRM’s Settings, or revoke our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either stops all reading and sending at once.
- Ask us at hello@rpascale.org to delete a mailbox’s stored messages, or a whole workspace. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Changes
If what the software does with your data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
